Detection of Human MIG2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HT1080 human fibrosarcoma cell line, A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5ug/ml of Mouse Human MIG2 Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for MIG2 at approximately 78kD. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
